The way I read his initial post is he is supporting Good Sam. Saying some or all of the complaints posted here may not have happened exactly as they are portrayed. That maybe Good Sam didn't show up to help because the complainer didn't know what highway they were actually on or didn't bring the proper equipment to help because they were not told what type of rig they were looking to help.
I think he would like to see just what Good Sam was told and the response that was sent out to help the customer at the time.
