GS Road Service, myth Vs reality

Maybe before you can post into here with a complaint you have to agree to a use of service agreement allowing the GS team to post a response on line and display the call notes and also showing the cad report on that incident. You might be very surprised as to what information was given to the call taker and how the incident was handled from both sides.

  • Why not just delete all complaints immediately, before they're even read? Everything could be handled offline. My question is why do you care enough about this issue to advocate this ridiculous idea?

  • Thanks, Old Biscuit.
(This post, thanking Old Biscuit, has been preapproved for civility, clarity, lack of profanity and evidence of true Americanism)
  • So someone comes on here and slams GS and you want GS to come back and slam the OP. Then we would find out who the better man is?
  • The OP is always free to post the outcome of the exchange. However, Most posters that are posting because they dissatisfied go away and do not let us know the outcome. This is fine with me. Protects their privacy, keeps them from looking like fools (maybe).
Would you be happy if a company you paid money to, made you look stupid because you failed to read the contract and expected service that was not in the contract?
  • Next thing you know we will have Judge Judy involved.

How bout this: An individual contacts GS; they mutually work out the solution and then they come back here and post the solution if any.
  • I get it.......

You want GS to screen/approve any post prior VS one's freedom of expressing their own experience or opinion w/o prior approvals
  • GS changes the terms of service to allow for the addition of information obtained thru GS self help sessions( documented reports) when 1 member takes exception to post his side (and we all know that would be the Gods Honest Truth).

We all know that there are always three stories to any incident. Then the moderator can contact the OP, dispatcher, and servicing vendor and find out what happened then post it to read and a link to the cellphone audio.

I bet a lot of this stops.
