Even Camping World and Good Sam website are not integrated and linked and 2nd rate. Sorry, I would love the to excel as they'll be a good resource if they can or will.
That is the sentiment I was reading in older and closed posts. I think the app is good for what it can do, but boy it could be really integrated if they are "willing" to put some horse power behind it.
Fix it, make it powerful, then market it for adding new membership. There has to be a bunch of folks out there leaving Good Sam or not considering joining
True! I suggested, even wrote Marcus, they can be one-stop shop for services and supplies for all things RV if they can emulate Amazon/Toyota in customer service and responsiveness. A management and corporate culture for these organizations.
But I think it fell on deaf ears -- or won't deploy the resources to be able to be one and achieve it.
