GSERS Trying to bill me twice for same service.

I know...stupid huh? But because they have already deducted 10000 point from my rewards account, I need to get what I paid for!!!

I've had Coach Net and it is no better or worse than Good Sam. This is not my first trip down this highway.

Let's see, Tom, Mark, and Stacy from the rapid response team have been trying to resolve this problem for 3 weeks, and nothing has changed. Why bother anymore? I am certain if you needed road service, they would tell you the membership has expired and you are on your own.

Just get Coach Net! Trying to do business with Camping World/Good Sam is just not worth the hassle!

Hi Mark, received a notice from Good Sam ERS dated 8/31/2016 that my ERS has expired. I went to my account and it also shows it has expired.

Can you check my account and correct this error? We ill be traveling in the next couple of weeks and I want to make sure we are covered.

This transaction still hasn't taken place and I received notice this morning that my ERS has expired. I have contacted Comenity Bank on this issue and they said the 10,000 points was applied to my ERS.

Looks like the right hand isn't talking to the left hand.

Please advise.

That way you are in full control of billing and they cannot automatically take your CC payment at will. You will want to know date your subscription expires and plan to pay before that date of course.
