Help from Good Sam Extended Service Plan

I've emailed moderators with no reply.
I have pm'd administrator with no reply.
Can someone give a detailed explanation of how this happens?
It's really looking pretty ridiculous, if you ask me.

It is now the 21st.
Is there anybody out there? Is there anybody in there?
Or ... just another brick in the wall....
