Home park sold.

Our home park The Summit Resort in Texas has been sold on is no longer a Coast to Coast park, how does this affect our membership with Coast to Coast.

  • When my home park was sold, I was offered to join an other park for no initial fee -- only yearly maintenance.

I chose to go on line and join a park with low yearly maintenance cost ($40.00) in Crossville, TN.
  • The "rules" state you must belong to a home park that is affiliated with C2C. However they will honor your membership until it expires. Interesting enough though, when our home park dropped C2C we went online before our membership expired and renewed for four years and they continued to honor our membership with no problems.
  • I would call C2C directly and ask them. Seems to me you have a contractual membership and they are obligated to fulfill their obligation to that. You will likely be offered a transfer to another park. You might try reading your membership contract to see if there is any language addressing that issue.
