Thank you for the post pitch. Our roadside assistance programs provide the necessary services to enable your vehicle to proceed under its own power or be towed. It is a sign and drive service that requires the member to contact one of our Good Sam Certified dispatch representatives for service unless otherwise instructed by a law enforcement official. Good Sam’s dedicated team of certified dispatch representatives are currently provided by Allstate Roadside Services. The providers in the network submit an application requiring proof of insurance and bonding. Their application is reviewed to ensure they are in good standing with the BBB and contacted to review their knowledge of towing and roadside services. If everything checks out they are added to the network. That being said, we do our best to use “in-network” providers when possible to assist our members as our second most important concern to your safety is the wellbeing of your RV.
