How are the service providers vetted? The providers in the network submit an application requiring proof of insurance and bonding. Their application is reviewed to ensure they are in good standing with the BBB and contacted to review their knowledge of towing and roadside services. If everything checks out they are added to the network.
Is it just a dollar bid that goes out, "anything for a buck" style, or are they required to have the equipment and the expertise to handle the majority of the calls?
