How long is the wait for assistance supposed to take?

We had a blowout on our tow dolly in South Carolina I-95 Exit 49 Northbound. Called and finally got through to roadside assistance (took about 15 minutes), and they took me through the normal questio...

Understand I've only ever used roadside assistance for a motor vehicle, not a motorhome. I just wanted to get some idea if the wait was unusual. Seems that it's not. I'll consider taking some tools with me for tire replacement on the tow dolly should this type of failure happen again.
