How long is the wait for assistance supposed to take?

"simple???" what if you are older, frailer, over the hill? when I got my first class A, the salesman pointed out that it came with a spare tire but no jack. there was a reason for that. if you are someplace where you need to wait longer than an hour and a half for service, perhaps????????
