How long should it take to get our membership card??

We joined the Good Sam Club on April 7 at the St Augustine store. Immediately I began to receive both daily emails from Good Sam and Camping World. Today I received a Good Sam Travel assist card in the mail asking for more money.

IGood Sam is very efficient at sending emails and requests for more money but awful at sending membership cards that we've paid for. I know I've read all the other horror stories, but honestly how can a company be run this way??

  • "average is 30 days" - That's what they told me a while back. They outsourced membership cards back then.

    The "pay for membership that you can't use for 30 days" was one of the reasons I canceled and demanded a refund.

    Apparently the delivery time is a State Secret now? :R
