I don't want the "Travel documents"

I complained bitterly about this last year, and your "team" was NON-RESPONSIVE!

Once again, I got my renwal for Good Sam Travel Assist. Again, the letter said, "When you renew, we will send you travel documents."

I DON'T WANT THE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS! I have to pay for my mail to be forwarded, I have to pay by the weight, this just adds to the "weight." Not to mention, I am just going to throw them away, which adds more "junk" to the landfills. Not very "green" in my opinion.

Today, I called Good Sam Travel Assist and got sent over to Good Sam. I talked with an employee named Marybeth who told me that if Good Sam "Suppresses" mail, then I get NOTHING, not even my renewal notices.

This explains to me why I still get "junk mail" even though I have been told by Good Sam employees that I'm "opted out" of advertising mailings. Truth is, I'm NOT, really, "opted out."

Come on. All the other organizations I belong to have a way to send me just the renewals w without getting the other "junk" that I do not want.

Marybeth said she is going to work on finding a way for me to get renewal notices without getting the other "junk" that I do not want. Ok, why haven't you been working on this issue all along? Why did I have to scream at the top of my lungs to get some action on this? Marybeth was very nice and hopefully she is working on this.

As you can see by replies to all my other posts on this, other people DO NOT WANT the junk mail either.

So, address your members and find a way to REALLY opt us out. And, if we renew our memberships, make sure we don't get sent the "Special stuff" if we do not want it.

Other organizations can do this SO CAN YOU!
