I had State Farm Insurance for 33 years. When I had my first claim, a broken rear window in my MH in 1989, they raised my rates. Not only that it took three windows before they got it right. I gave the last guy the measurement I made. Apparently the first two guys didn't know how to measure and fit safety glass. I went with GS insurance and never looked back. I have have had several broken windows with GS and never had a problem. Some of the repair guys actually came to my home. However, never had a large claim. I can say I don't hold back complaints. Since 1989 GS insurance has treated me OK.
