  • Best results are always achieved with respectful, complete complaints. Restate the issue each time. “BS” isn’t either.
  • Same here. I have contacted them twice with concerns about warranty work that has never been completed. First time no response at all.

    Second time I got a email that said someone would be in contact with me.

    They took the money and ran.

  • IMO you are not very good at complaining...and getting results.
  • While the OP is a bit light on data, I can see his point. He HAS contacted GS once (or possibly more) already, who in turn told him that they would contact him. They have not followed up on their end of the bargain and the OP is rightfully disgruntled with their lack of Customer Service.

    I was going to go into SLA's and service agreements, and all that, but figured it would fall on deaf ears...
  • Their words not mine. "If your not happy I'm not happy". They made statements in membership renewal that they didn't live up to. I left detailed message with my name, phone # and issues and had them read it back to me and they assured me I would receive a return call.
  • Wow, but a friend warned me about this, that most likely everything will be so. It's good that I listened to him. Hope the problem is temporary guys
