I had a blowout on my PU last week. Wasn't able to contact GS. Fortunately I was in my local area. Called local tire dealer. Employee came out and changed it. No charge. Bought new tires when I got in town. When my GS runs out I'm switching to Coach net. I'm in my 70s and DW disabled. I can't risk not getting through or getting an inept employee on the phone.
