Had one claim two years ago when they were GMAC that took longer than I expected but they were in the process of GMAC being absorbed by NG. Premiums haven't risen in the past three or four years. Both of our california cars are also on that policy. I think they are probably as good as most.
GS is not an insurance comany...they broker and NG (formerly GMAC) is the one that pays the highest commissions to them. There is no actual "Good Sam Insurance Company".
