We have GS/National General Insurance and just filed our first claim. We were informed that it would take up to two weeks to receive an answer to our claim! WHAT! The agent stated that he is the only RV claims agent for National General and that he is backlogged and would help as soon as possible! WHAT! Really thought Good Sam would scrutinize the insurance companies they recommend to their members a little better. Looks like a change gonna come.
