Yes, the "rapid response team" and "Roadside Guy" is on it. But why do these things keep happening? Putting out the fires without ever getting to the source of ignition is pointless. And that is what Good Sam/Camping World does again and again and again and again.....
What do you mean why does it keep happening, There are isolated cases of various instances, if the op would have asked to speak to a supervisor, and had a case opened it would have been resolved, he said he hung up. So many people don't even give people the chance to correct it. Mistakes don't make a company a bad company, not fixing mistakes cause them to be a bad company. To get mad about getting a single phone call is ignorantly silly. He wasn't even billed yet, and you guys are on about how they just let everyone down. what bs.
This is the second failure of the lock out service in the past couple of weeks

The internet RV forums are full of major Camping World/Good Sam failures. Sure, they often deliver a quality product or service, but it is a **** shoot dealing with them. You could get good or you could get bad. When it is good, it is very good. When it is bad, it is very bad. In my opinion, it is the contempt they show towards the customer that is disturbing.
