Is not "Lock Out" covered under the basic coverage???

I am guessing that your call goes to a cube farm somewhere, If lines 1,2,or,3 light up it is a GS call,4,5,or 6 AAA, 9,10,11,or12 OEM warranty service or Insurance companies. Maybe difficult for the operator to keep track of the right script.
