Is not "Lock Out" covered under the basic coverage???

Yesterday my daughter calls from 2oo miles away (she was at the oregon coast and we live in Central Oregon) to tell us she locked her keys in the car. I had to remind her that she was covered by "Good...

The next day after my post G.S called to apologize for what happened and said it should not have happened as they agree that was a covered service.

End of story......
Let's all move on.
