I agree that the words "bad faith" are not welcome to Ins. Co's. But, you need to be prepared to prove they acted in "bad faith". Not just your opinion but others such as State Insurance Commissioner or a Judge in case it goes to court. If you claim this and lose, be prepared to come off the hip with "money". Everyone seems to think Ins. Co. have no guidelines and just do as they please. Read your policy very carefully as they will follow it to the letter.
