We have had a claim going since 4/2016 on our motorhome for water damage and damaged roof. They decided that they didn't like the appraisers findings so had the appraisal redone to their liking. They are only willing to patch our fiberglass roof instead of replacing it as recommended by several repair shops and will not cover the water damage saying that it was "long term water damage" which it had just happened when the roof leaked. I have never seen or dealt with such a company. You all are right that they find any way to avoid paying a claim. They also said they had questions about our coverage and we have full coverage, so don't get that either. I just hope that people take heed when deciding whether or not to use them.
