Well we finally got an appointment with the "adjuster" seven weeks after we put in the claim. We had to drive to a shop an hour away because the adjuster wouldn't come to us. Its too far for his highness Im told. He looked at my inverters and took pictures then took pictures of my tires. God only knows why. he wanted to look at my roof and when I asked why he said he was looking for the lightning strike. When I told him it was inside my garage he said he didn't know that. I had already stressed that both with him and his supervisor. He then said he would send in his report for his bosses to decide. The folks at the shop told me he had already told them that they weren't going to pay. Guess that just confirms my suspicions that they have been jerking me around for seven weeks because that's their policy. I am just waiting for the "official " refusal so I can call Morgan and Morgan. his company is the worst have ever dealt with and they will never get my business again, OR my friends either. That's NATIONAL GENERAL folks !!!!!
