As an update - I couldn't get a membership number or temporary card because it apparently takes a few days to get things processed. However, I walked into the store and asked the cashier and she had no problem simply taking the order number from my confirmation email and putting in an override to get me the discount.
So - props to CW for being on the ball to make sure I got the discount.
But, on the other side, a membership program that can't spit out a membership number and temporary card immediately? Come on, CW, enter the 21st century and update your technology!
