You didn't waste 5 minutes of your time....let it summarize it down to 30 seconds if you like. Plus, let's be honest about it. If you are on the site this time of the day, you had the extra 5 minutes to waste to begin with.
Roadside Service:
Allstate/KOA..............extremely poor to zilch.
Good Sam Roadside Assistance.....Perfect to a T couldn't have asked for more!!!
Customer Service:
KOA/Allstate......ZERO, there is none!!
Good Sam..........Excellent from beginning to end. Follow up along the way has
been more than reassuring.
