Beggin' your pardon... but when I need ERA, I have neither the time nor the patience to wade through a provider's hierarchy, employee issues, contractual agreements, or break out my MiFi to conduct Internet research. I just want one call and I want service today. Admittedly, I haven't had the luxury of an ERA call sitting in my drive-way with two or three days to fool with it. A camp site or on the side of the road, yes. However, in EVERY CASE in which I have needed them, my insurance company has provided a professional and timely service, including a call to advise me who's coming and their approximate time of arrival; another call ensuring service had arrived, plus an email follow-up in which I can rate the towing contractor and service. After many years, I have absolutely no inspirational dissatisfaction with their service; no desire to pay considerably more for a lesser or equal service bloated with benefits for which I have zero interest or need. But if you are happy with the cost, features, advantages and benefits of your service, I'd say you have found a home. Enjoy :)
