We have Good Sam and have never used it(knock on wood...). Both our truck and our TT are covered by State Farm, who also provide roadside assistance. I'd bet most of us that tow already have coverage though our TV insurer. When we had our Class C, it was also insured by State Farm, again, with roadside assistance. Seems like between Good Sam and your vehicle insurance, someone will come help you.
