Thanks for some of you understanding our situation; more should have and could have been done. Good Sam's solicitation for this service 'highlights' unlimited towing. We were in a Volt, not a massive RV.
I cancelled this service on Friday after Thanksgiving. Got a refund as stated, but you would think someone in mgmt would have contacted us as a follow-up... They were glad not to have to deal with us. I wish they would quit sending mail and emails now, to join their "excellent" road club. It never stops, even though I've updated mailing requests many times, and I'm no longer a member. It just reminds us of a terrible night in our lives every time I see a Good Sam's envelope in the mail, or email from them in my inbox.
