It's possible the OP purchased the tires 2 years ago but how long did they sit in a warehouse....? Date codes will tell the story.
I don't think that is the point of his original post or the thread. Regardless of whether the original problem was self-inflicted or not, the response, or lack of response, from Good Sam Emergency Roadside Assistance is the issue. Using your logic, first Good Sam must decide if the problem could have been avoided or was caused by the customer, and if yes, then no response is appropriate.
