To me it's obvious that the OP shares most of the blame here. Did he inspect his tires BEFORE he decided to take a trip? Considering he had tread seperation on most of the tires on his RV that suggests they were old and UNSAFE to begin with. (2 years old?) I can see one tire having an issue and blowing out if they were in fact 2 years old. However, all those tires on one trip?
It's possible the OP purchased the tires 2 years ago but how long did they sit in a warehouse....? Date codes will tell the story.
Just checked the date code and my receipt. Tires were purchased 2 and 1/2 years ago. Tire's date code puts them right at 3 years old. Denman Tires. Out of business now. I see why.
Tires were checked before every trip and air pressure verified to be at 65 psi. Tires covered unless we were on a trip. Tires were checked for temp and/or pressure at every stop. Not a single crack in any tire and they looked perfect. Tires would go from looking OK to having bulges and/or separation in 100 or so miles. (We stop often with the small kiddos. No irregular wear on the tires, and the travel trailer is under weight according to the CAT scale.
First set of Chinese tires that came with the camper lasted 6 years. I noticed checking around the rim and replaced them all before there were issues.
You sir have a lot of nerve to suggest I would risk my life and that of my family by not checking my tires or using faulty equipment. I believe I have done all I could to verify the tires/rig were safe. More than most people do. You also have the nerve to suggest the lack of service by Good Sam is my fault????
Back to the issue at hand, sorry for the derail.
