Relax.....It is just my opinion and that is all it is. Not worth getting all worked up over.
I've had GREAT service with GS for the past 12+ years with one exception that occured recently. I had a SERIOUS problem with a provider (mechanic) that they sent to my coach. He was a crook, to say the least. Anyhow, I got with the GS Rapid Response Team and within 48 hours the entire situation was resolved beyond what I would have expected. The "Provider's" contract with Good Sam was terminated and I was made whole by Good Sam.
I STRONGLY suggest you contact the GS Rapid Response Team and let them know your conerns.
