Regardless if the OP's tires weren't perfect, good, or whatever. No where does it say that you have to have good tires before they will assist you with a tire problem.
The fact is that GSERS let him down when he had a tire problem and couldn't get anyone to help him. After reading numerous complaints about GS, the reason seems to be that they won't pay enough to make it worthwhile for a service provider to go out and assist someone.
GS let me down twice with tire issues on my MH and trailer. That was enough for me. I have now switched to Coach Net. Much better reviews with their service.
