I hate to read about the poor service extended to the OP .... we've had GS Roadside Assistance for well over 10 years .... in the early years the quality of the service was spotty at best .... a few years ago when the new management took over we found their quality of service had improved and we were very happy about that .... unfortunately, our latest experience was terrible .... bottom line, we were within the city limits of Raleigh, NC and were told that there wasn't any service covered that area .... we still have their coverage but are now looking to move once the current contract is up for renewal
