Good Sam Roadside Assistance
Ask Marcus if you have questions, concerns or praise about your Roadside Assistance membership.
I understand the above is the purpose of this section of the forum. Its like a direct line to the head of Customer Service who wants to know how things are with his customers. Is it helpful and fair to the customer who is seeking to address a problem he/she has with a product, at the request of the CEO, to have other customers disagreeing with their effort to do so?
It would seem approbate if others have a problem with the OP request being address that they would also: "Ask Marcus if you have questions." This is a customer service access, is it not? I understand why the OP was posted and I believe Marcus is genuinely interested in these issue also.
