Let down by Good Sam ERS twice in one day

I don't think Marcus or anybody else at good Sam really cares about its customers. They are in it to make money. I don't blame them. But it's customers do get hung out to dry a lot. I have complained on this forum a few times about the very poor service I got from good Sam roadside assistance. The rapid response team said to send them my contact information, which I did twice, and I never heard a word from them. I am waiting for my contractor run out and then I'm gone. I thought I would try good Sam because they're oriented towards campers and travelers. But AAA and coachnet were both better, but neither was exceptional.
