Ok, They sent out Goodyear Dealer to the Motorhome. They arrived 20 minutes after I recieved a call back from Good Sam telling me the name of the vendor.
The guy was wonderful. He discovered a bad valve stem. No nail in the tire. The valve stem leaked pretty bad. Anyway, tire is fixed and Good Sam sent the guy out. My out of pocket for the entire thing was $87.50.
The call center argued with me about them sending out a vendor for tire repair. They refused to do it. After several calls and one POSTER that posted a link for me, I finally got someone to help.
Bottom line is they did in fact repair the tire.
