I agree with WyoTraveler. You shouldn't have to beg GSRA to do their job. It was only after doing your research and going online that you were able to get any useful help. I suspect you could have gotten the repair done for the same price and a lot faster without having to beg the worthless GSRA people to provide the service you purchased.
It is stories like this and the numerous stories of poor warranty and repair services that is leading my wife and I toward giving up RVing after 30 years. It's not worth the aggravation of dealing with incompetent RV services. While staying in hotels while traveling is not as fun, it's a lot less aggravating. We RV to relax, not to get out blood pressure up.
