I apologize, but I am unable to locate a Lifetime membership for you so what I would like you to do is give me a call at 1-800-416-7751 Extension 200 or you can write an email to me with the date of purchase, and who you spoke with if possible. This way I can help you to research this issue to get it resolved for you. I will be in the office for another 45 minutes or throughout the rest of the week.
