Thanks for all the responses. To be clear my Good Sam Club Life Member card is not a Flying J/Pilot credit card as some have assumed. Had that been the case I would have contacted Flying J instead of Good Sam. The life membership is supposed to give members a discount on fuel which Flying J/Pilot offers as an incentive to draw more costumers. The RV Plus is a credit card issued thru Flying J/Pilot.

Fill up your tank and save! Members save 4¢ per gallon off gas and 6¢ per gallon off diesel when using the Pilot Flying J RV Plus Charge Card. Due to the gallon to liter conversion in Canada, fuel discount at the Canadian Pilot and Flying J locations is 1¢ per liter.

My lifetime membership is attached to my Flying J RV Plus card so the discount is automatically calculated on the card. Also, FYI I set up my account on line and I can pay pay my bill online. Macktee

Sounds like more of the same problem that I had several years ago with Flying J and Pilot. More so since Pilot bought Flying J.
We have stopped even thinking of using Flying J/Pilot!
