Most benefits are announced in the many mailings and/or emails received from CW and GS. I've noted many on this forum have opted to remove themselves from email notifications as well as from snail mail and may not have received the information. In the case of the two benefits mentioned (propane and installation) both were announced and featured in CW catalogs.
To me, the discussion here is similar to being upset with WalMart because a sale they had last week is not being offered this week. If you opt to not receive the information or throw it in the waste basket without reading what else can be done?
