Membership cancelled - fell outside unknown parameters

Do some of you really think any business that loses money on a customer would actually want to keep that customer? Do you understand the purpose of a business? It's obvious our (lack of) education system has failed to teach economics except with a socialist flair. This is really very simple. They lost money on this customer and have ended the relationship.
