The actions described here are DESPICABLE for an insurance company in general and some states have laws against it.
Please explain "Risk Pools" to us as you see them. When I was in the Insurance Business (in a prior life), we had a Loss Ratio that had to be maintained. If the Ratio got outside the parameters then clients got "cancelled". It was not the "good" clients with "no" claims that got removed. It was the clients that abused the system.
