If they DO have limitations, those should be clearly spelled out in ALL of their marketing materials and contracts.

And they won't go out of business if a single customer has too many calls......or 10 customers......or a hundred......as long as for each one of them, they also have a thousand or so customers who NEVER have a claim.
What they are doing may not be illegal but it certainly is unethical.
If you have one accident-some insurance companies will cancel you. That's not illegal. Don't know how you call it unethical when it was clearly explained by one poster about how the RSA was losing money on him. Please explain your "unethical position"?
