If it wasn't for a good experience with my one claim, I would be reconsidering my membership with GS too.
I still might jump ship when mine runs out.
Allstate is a major player and operates like most major carriers no better no worse.
In the end they are in it for the profit and they will terminate policies for those who cause them a loss... just like everyone else!
Good Sam operates much in the way you do. After 4 calls resulting in a net loss for them they decided to force the OP to walk the plank off the ship.
The insurance game is a two way street. Sometimes they terminate you for cause before you terminate them.
