That is nothing new with CW. I have been a life member for decades, way before the present folks bought the company and I still get the same BS about every other time I go into the store, as late as the past year. The cashier not only told me that they could not confirm my membership, but made a call while I stood there and then said I did NOT have a membership. Left about $75 worth of merchandise on the counter and left. Have NOT been in a CW since that day, even tho the so called rapid response team here said it was corrected. Screw me once shame on you, do it twice or more, shame on me. There will NEVER be another time.
