Membership Materials, where are they?
On October 30th I paid my annual dues for my Platinum Roadside Assistance. The documentation that came with the reminder indicates that "All of your membership materials and important updates will be sent to the email address provided". I get all kinds of email from Good Same, so I assume that the roadside assistance group knows what my email address is.
Well it is now December 15th and as of this morning, no email has been received with the promised membership materials which I assume will also include my updated membership card or cards(s).
If this system is automated, as I presume it may be, why would it take over 1.5 months to just send the materials via email.
