Membership

We paid our dues last Aug 2014.We have never gotten our member cards.I have e mailed and they said they sent them out again in Dec. Still no cards.E mailed again and they said they had asked some one to hand deliver what ever that is and still no cards.Wonder what the deal is with this ? Not very happy about this.We have been members for some time and don't understand why this has happened.We have not been able to use the new swipe card as we have none. They had me print out a temporary card that has expired.We do still have our old card but it expired 10/31/2014.

    I would like to personally look into this with you and try to find a solution for you. Would you please send me a private message with your Good Sam membership number and a good contact phone number so I or one of my team mates can contact you and work towards a solution.

  • I lost my card, once. Called them.
    They emailed an attached letter with GS letterhead stating my name,member number and expiration date.
    I used that letter until I renewed and received new cards.
    I understand you want your cards.
