More than 1 membership.... help please

Couple years back I joined Good Sam Club via CampingWorld. After a year did not renew as I sold my RV. Late last year, I purchased a 5th wheel RV from Camping World in Raleigh, NC. During that visit I purchased an outside mat and was told I needed to renew my membership to purchase the mat. I did renew and since then have received my membership cards then received Elite Membership cards under a different number (3 years for purchasing RV). Plus got the red Good Sam Roadside Assistance cards good through 03/15/2016.

I'd like you to tell me what memberships are valid, get just one account and go forward with the Elite and have the Deluxe Membership fees returned to me.
