  • I think that national interstate is different than national general. from what I have read national general used to be gmac. I would think that if good sam club has anything to do with either being affiliated with then or just endorsing them they should be ok

  • National Interstate was great, no problems. I still have them and would recommend.
  • going to call blue sky tomorrow. so far for rates lowest to highest, national general, national interstate then progressive. all were compared with the exact coverage as close as I could get them. price is important but service if you need then is why you have it. That is why I wondered if anyone has had to have a claim with national general or any others for that matter.
    thanks al
  • Got quotes from about 15 companies - Blue Sky was by far the best for us.
  • I have them, I like that I can put in storage for 1 month min at a time or out of storage. Read the fine print as there is a $50 cancellation fee. But over all I am happy have not had to use them (knock on wood) and they were the lowest cost
  • I went with National General Insurance because they insured our MH as a home and not just a vehicle as AAA, our previous insurance carrier, was going to do. I liked the idea of having all the contents covered and having liability insurance just as one would with a S&B plus having it insured as a vehicle at the same time. I have not had to file any claims so I cannot speak to their handling claims But then I never had to experience AAA's claim service either.
