My first time calling Good Sam Roadside Service

We paid for a 3 year membership up front. We are just over 2 years in and it's our FIRST TIME EVER to call them for assistance. Here's how it went. Here is my Customer Service experience with G...

We lost that tire 2 miles from home. We do not have a donut spare....hence the Run Flats. The service is the same whether they tow us on Sunday when no one is open or Weds. After ordering the tires. There is no repairing side wall damage on a tire.
